We offer a 30-day risk-free trial on all hearing aids purchased through our clinics.

The trial begins on the day you receive your devices.

If you are not fully satisfied, contact us within 30 days. We will adjust, exchange, or provide a refund if the devices are returned in good condition with all included materials.

Bring the hearing aids, all accessories, and original packaging.

Conditions for Return

Timeframe: Request must be made within 30 days of receiving your hearing aids.

Condition: Devices must be in good, reusable condition.

Accessories: All original items (manuals, chargers, packaging) must be included.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom earmolds (personalized, cannot be resold)

For chargers, accessories, and other products mailed directly to you:

For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., opened ear tips, domes, wax guards) are not returnable.
