We proudly offer a 30-day risk-free trial on all hearing aids purchased through our clinics. This trial period begins on the date you receive your devices. We encourage you to wear and experience your hearing aids in your daily life.

If you're not fully satisfied during the trial period, contact us within 30 days to discuss your options. We will work with you to make any necessary adjustments or explore alternative solutions. If you choose to return the hearing aids, you may be eligible for a full refund, provided the devices are returned in good condition with all included materials.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Schedule a Return Appointment:
    We’ll schedule an in-person appointment to inspect the returned devices and ensure everything is in order.

  3. Return the Devices:
    Bring the hearing aids, all accessories, and original packaging to your scheduled return appointment.

Conditions for Return

  • Timeframe: Return must be requested and initiated within 30 days of receiving your hearing aids.

  • Condition: Hearing aids must be in good, reusable condition and free from excessive damage.

  • Accessories: All original accessories, user manuals, and packaging must be returned with the devices.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Custom Earmolds: These are personalized and cannot be reused or resold.

  • Services Rendered: Hearing evaluations, consultations, and any services already provided are not eligible for refund.

Refund Timeline

Once your returned devices have been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
