At Clarity Hearing Care, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our personalized hearing solutions.

30-Day Risk-Free Trial (Hearing Aids)

  • We offer a 30-day risk-free trial on all hearing aids purchased through our clinics.

  • The trial begins on the day you receive your devices.

  • If you are not fully satisfied, contact us within 30 days. We will adjust, exchange, or provide a refund if the devices are returned in good condition with all included materials.

Return Process (Hearing Aids)

  1. Contact Us

  2. Schedule a Return Appointment

    • We’ll inspect the returned devices in person.

  3. Return the Devices

    • Bring the hearing aids, all accessories, and original packaging.

Conditions for Return

  • Timeframe: Request must be made within 30 days of receiving your hearing aids.

  • Condition: Devices must be in good, reusable condition.

  • Accessories: All original items (manuals, chargers, packaging) must be included.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom earmolds (personalized, cannot be resold)

  • Services rendered (evaluations, consultations, fittings, etc.)

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method once items are received and inspected.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

 

Clarity Hearing Care Store Policy (Chargers, Accessories & Shipped Items)

 

For chargers, accessories, and other products mailed directly to you:

Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., opened ear tips, domes, wax guards) are not returnable.

  • 20% Restocking fee for returned chargers.  Please check your model number and be sure you are ordering the correct charger.  Returned chargers need to be in excellent condition and all boxes and packing materials.  No exceptions.

 

How to Return

  • Contact us at 941-477-2101 or Osprey@clarityhearingcare.com for a Return Authorization.

  • Repackage items securely with proof of purchase.

  • Ship via a carrier of your choice.

 

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers pay return shipping.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. Please use a trackable, insured method.

 

Refunds

  • Issued to your original payment method once inspected.

  • Refund covers product price only, less any shipping charges (20% restocking fee for all hearing aid chargers.)
